A slow flowing practice that will include breath work, standing & mat poses. The slow pace of this gentle yoga practice will focus on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles as well as our minds. We will use a variety of props to facilitate getting to our personal edge with compassion. During our ending meditation we will enjoy the relaxing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
